Delivery and Returns
Delivery timeframes will depend on the products you purchase, whether you have selected a design package and the delivery option you choose. As a rule, if we have the final artwork files, most products are ready within 2 to 5 days.
We will tell you when your products are ready for you. You can choose to pickup your signs, or have them delivered.

Are you in or around Dubbo? You can pick up your signs from our Dubbo warehouse for free.
- Find us at Unit 2, 57 Douglas Mawson Road, Dubbo, NSW.
- We are open between 8.30am and 5.00pm from Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Friday.
- To secure a pickup time, please call (02) 6884 5949.
Delivery within Dubbo
- We make deliveries around Dubbo every Tuesday and Thursday.
- Once your signs are finished, they will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
- We make deliveries between 9 am to 5 pm.
- We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. If you need your items delivered within a set timeframe, please email email@example.com.
Delivery outside Dubbo
For delivery outside of Dubbo, you have the opportunity to choose your preferred freight company.
- If you select this option, you will be asked to provide the name and contact details for your preferred freight company.
- We will organise delivery on your behalf.
- You will be charged the delivery fee by the freight company.
If you’re not happy with your signs, please let us know. We’re always happy to chat about any issues with you.
- We do not accept returns based on incorrect choice or change of mind.
- If a product is faulty or was damaged during delivery by us, please send us photos of the issue at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you within 5 working days with a resolution or a request for further information.
- We do not accept responsibility if a product is damaged in transit by a freight company chosen by you.
